Four people took Buzzfeed’s 60-day meditation challenge and in this video, tell us what it was like. All four tried it for different reasons. One guy suffered from panic attacks. Another person wanted to reduce screen time, and the other two hoped it would help with ADD, boost self-confidence and self-awareness.
