Four people took Buzzfeed’s 60-day meditation challenge with each person doing it for different reasons:

One guy suffered from panic attacks. Another person wanted to reduce screen time, and the other two hoped it would help with ADD, boost self-confidence and self-awareness.

One woman hilariously said:

“I have a nice resting face, but a lot of times behind it – it’s just, like, panic.”
