And as you live in a more organized space, I know you’ll appreciate how energetic you feel from having less stuff around you.

Organizing is about freeing up time so you can stress less and enjoy your life more.  It’s one of those simple life hacks that we all know works because we’ve felt the effects of both cluttered and organized spaces. Marie Kondo’s method has gained cult-following worldwide because she suggests something new…to tidy up once and done and she gets us to think of our stuff differently.

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT…NOT WANT YOU DON’T WANT

Marie recommends TOUCHING your things and instead of thinking of what you want to/should get rid of, think of what you want to keep.  Decide based on what sparks joy when you touch it.

When you’re done and enjoying your new lighter more comfortable space, follow our suggestions for keeping it that way.

How to keep clutter under control

HAVE A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING

AS A GENERAL RULE, GET RID OF ONE THING WHEN YOU ADD SOMETHING NEW

ORGANIZE IT BEAUTIFULLY

DO MINI CLEANING & SPOT-CHECKS EVERY 4-6 WEEKS

ENJOY YOUR LIFE AND YOUR SPACE

E-N-J-O-Y the detox process if you can, and your new healthier homes when you’re done!
